Return and Brands Deposit Policy:
Eligibility:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you have up to 4 days after receiving it to request a return.
Return Charges:
We understand that circumstances can change. If you wish to return a product, we kindly ask you to cover the return shipping costs, along with a small 5% service charge. Our delivery partner will pick up the order from your doorstep for your convenience.

However, if your product arrives damaged, we will arrange for a replacement at no extra charge. We kindly request that you provide proof of the product’s condition, such as photographs, to facilitate the replacement process.
Replacement for Defective Products:
In the rare event that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we’ll gladly offer you a replacement. Our delivery partner will pick up the defective item from your doorstep, and once received, we’ll promptly send out the replacement. Again, we require proof of the product’s condition to process the replacement.
Condition for Replacement:
To ensure fairness to all our customers, products with tampered boxes or damage caused by mishandling will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Order Changes/Replacements:
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to make changes to your order or request a replacement, please let us know within 24 hours of placing your order.
Refund & Cancellation:
- Should you decide to cancel your order, please note that any non-refundable deposit (NRD) will be forfeited.
- A processing charge of 5% will apply to cancellation requests made after the allowed timeframe.
- If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Rest assured, refunds will be processed promptly within 7-9 working days after cancellation.
Exclusive Product Orders:
For exclusive products ordered instantly on the same or following day, full payment is required to secure your order.
Brands Deposit Policy:
- Certain products may require a non-refundable deposit of 25-35% of the total product cost at the time of purchase.
- Please be aware that any cancellation for such products will result in the forfeiture of the deposit amount.
Unboxing Recommendation:
To assist us in providing you with the best possible service, we recommend creating a video of the unboxing process. This can serve as valuable evidence in the rare event that issues arise, making the replacement process smoother.
